? 5+ years of experience managing a software/technology product, preferably in the B2B software space, with an emphasis on delivering quality experiences in a rapid, iterative fashion ? 5+ years working in healthcare with a deep understanding of the healthcare market/trends ? Experience translating customer and business needs into features and solutions, delivering world-class customer experiences ? Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members ? Understanding of or experience with data science, machine learning, natural language processing and other leading analytic tools and methodologies ? Proven ability to write detailed product requirements, success metrics, and test cases, manage existing products and evolve/optimize their performance using metrics and data ? Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends ? Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions ? Experience working on enterprise products ? BA/BS or MA/Microsoft in technology or healthcare-related field of study ? Accountable for end-to-end product success: Product Discovery and Conceptualization, Product Implementation and Market Uptake ? Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly ? Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team?s long term goals and strategy ? Integrate user research, customer input and market analysis into product priorities and requirements ? Define product features and capabilities by working with design, business and engineering teams to develop detailed wireframes and requirements ? Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior ? Work with our engineering team to implement new products and features ? Maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap of new functionality and enhancements, taking into account business goals, user needs, and data analysis ? Define project/feature KPIs and actively track these through production ? Communicate/evangelize to wide range of stakeholders ? Actively contribute to long-term product innovation, planning, development, and rollout
